Our departure point is at Larissis Station at 7.30 a.m. and our trip is about to set off.! We will make a rapid stopover for coffee and rest in Livadia and continue our journey to the settlement of Chania, on the coast of Fokida, where we will board water taxis to reach Trizonia, just 500m from Chania.
It is a beautiful green island, on the coast of the Corinthian Gulf, which has an area of only 2.5 km2. Small, colorful and quiet. Colored houses, olive trees and oleanders make up this color table. Cars are forbidden and the only noise that could disturb a visitor is that of boats carrying the world, cicadas, waves and happy visitors.
We will disembark at the natural harbor of the island and stay for swimming, lunch and strolling. The beaches of the island are three. A beach in front of the port, Pounta, 2 km southeast of the port and two more overlooking the Peloponnese, Aspra Chalikia and Kapsalas. The island has cafes for coffee and breakfast as well as taverns for our lunch, where we can enjoy traditional, island flavors. Anyone who wishes, apart from enjoying the crystal clear waters of the island, can cross it, a total distance of 3 km, and fill wonderful images of nature and carefreeness. The panoramic view from a high point of the island will compensate you!
In the afternoon we will board the water taxi to Chania, where our bus will be waiting for us on the way back. We will have a stopover for rest and arrival in Athens early in the evening.
